This massage originated from India centuries ago and has been adapted for Western culture.  The techniques used release tension in the head, neck and upper back.  The treatment can be performed over clothing or directly over skin.  It is very flexible.

I am a fully qualified therapist having obtained my diplomas over the past fifteen years in Anatomy Physiology & Body Massage, Aromatherapy Massage, Reflexology and Indian Head Massage.

I look forward to seeing you at my workshop.  It is very enjoyable and is taught in a
relaxing atmosphere.  It’s a great way to learn techniques which enable you to help family and friends with their aches and stresses, helping them relax.  It is also energizing.
