A Personal Development and Therapeutic Enquiry Process

Through the forum of a mixed gender group, participants responding to their situation will have an opportunity over a seven-week period to explore issues and deepen insights, bringing into sharp focus attitudes, beliefs, and ways of relating.
Groups can be a place to support, challenge and inspire each other into new awareness and opportunities for change. Our aim is to create together an understanding, safe and contained environment for grounded internal change.
Experiences within a group can often reflect life, both past and present, such as family, school, and work. As these ways of relating emerge you can explore the roots of your experience and experiment to new ways of being.
The group is intended for participants who may be new to therapy alongside those who may have had some experience of counselling / therapy. Prospective participants will meet with Anne and / or Greig to support a therapeutic alliance which will aid additional support to the proposed explorations.
Anne Pettit is a senior Gestalt Psychotherapist, Supervisor and Trainer. Anne is the founding director of Gestalt Centre Wales. She has extensive experience in short- and long-term therapy. She sees individuals and has facilitated women and mixed gender groups. 30 years’ experience in the NHS informs her practice.
Greig Wilkinson is an experienced advanced Gestalt Trainee utilising his life experience as an essential tenet of understanding people from all walks of life. Before embarking on his journey with Gestalt therapy he qualified with a degree in industrial design, opened and ran a hostel, worked as a tradesman in the building industry and currently, alongside his therapy practice, runs his own business as an artisan craftsman.

Timings: Arrive from 6.15pm for a 6.30pm start – 8.00pm
Cost: £70.00 paid in full (£10 per session)
