Here at Gestalt Centre Wales, we offer a three step programme for those who have no previous formal training in Gestalt counselling or psychotherapy.
For those who have previous training, we offer custom made packages, according to your experience and qualifications.
Step One: Gestalt Fundamentals
A foundational course designed for qualified and unqualified psychotherapists, counsellors or mental health practitioners who want to experience and develop skills in Gestalt. You may be considering psychotherapy or counselling as a profession and want to gain an understanding of the theory which underpins the applied practice of Gestalt Psychotherapy.
Step Two: Gestalt Intermediate
An opportunity to expand your existing knowledge and develop skills in the principles underpinning this approach. Within a context of a gestalt group process and a dialogic stance there is an opportunity to further intergrate insights gained and discover an alternative perspective.
Step Three: Advanced Training
For those who have completed the Gestalt Fundamentals and Gestalt Intermediate and who are looking to become a qualified Gestalt Psychotherapist, we offer spaces on our Advanced Gestalt Psychotherapy Training programme.
