I have worked therapeutically in the NHS and private sector for 15 years as an Assistant Psychologist under the supervision of a Clinical Psychologist. I am now a Trainee Gestalt Therapist working towards UKCP accreditation with the Welsh Psychotherapy Institute.
I offer a confidential, safe space to discuss difficult experiences, relationships and emotions. I draw upon Gestalt theory to support clients to explore their experiences in the here and now, and to help raise awareness of patterns in relationship with themselves and with others. I approach my clients with warmth, respect, curiosity, and openness. I aim to support clients to reach their full potential and live happier, healthier lives.
I have clinical experience of working with anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, bereavement, stress and trauma.

Fees
