I am a trainee Gestalt Psychotherapist (PG Dip) in my third year of training at the Gestalt Centre Wales, working toward UKCP accreditation. I am deeply passionate about creating a safe, supportive environment in which we can explore how to find the resources you need to manage the challenges modern life can bring, and help the letting go of old patterns that aren’t serving you today.
My practice focuses on supporting self-exploration and building awareness of mind and body processes to help develop a greater sense of understanding and balance in your life. Self-relations deeply impact how we connect with others and the world around us, and I believe that with enough support, all humans can find meaning and live in compassionate union with their world.
My fee is £25 for a one-hour session, held on a Tuesday morning in Chepstow. Online therapy is also a possibility we can explore if needed.
I work by the UKCP Ethical Principles and Code of Professional Conduct and hold professional liability insurance. All communications are conducted in strict confidence and all of my work is supervised by an experienced and accredited supervisor.
